Sophie is passionate about enhancing the impact of non-profits and enterprises through strategic relationship management, leadership, and business innovation.

Prior to ON Consulting, Sophie spent the  12 years in pivotal roles at Hope and Homes for Children and Help for Heroes, nurturing and developing partnerships with large and small corporates and high net worth individuals, leading strategic projects, running high profile events and brand activations, and driving donor engagement.  

Sophie brings a deep understanding of start-ups being part of the family team that founded one of the most successful brands in the UK, Help for Heroes, and commercialising it.

Sophie is co-founder of Phoenix Toys, bringing the circular economy to the world of children's toys.
