Referral partners

The corporate arm your firm doesn't have.

We work alongside accountants, wealth managers and law firms without a corporate practice, doing the corporate, commercial and corporate finance work for their clients. The client relationship stays yours and grows: we stay after the deal, and we refer our own clients to you.

Referrals, both ways

Your client keeps you and gains us. We stay after the deal, and a growing business needs more from both firms.

1

Your client relationship grows

You stay your client's adviser, and we never compete for your role. We come in for the corporate work and stay after the deal, helping the business grow, and a growing business needs more from its accountant, wealth manager and lawyer too.

2

It works both ways

Our clients need what your firm does: audit and accounts, corporate and personal tax, R&D and capital allowances, wealth, pension and succession planning, and employment, property, private client and disputes work. Where you are the right firm, the referral goes to you. We pay and accept referral fees, disclosed to the client.

3

Senior-led, value first

Your client works with senior people who have done it before, with our own technology taking the routine work. Our value-first fees can be tied to what the work achieves, and retainers and hourly rates are available where they suit better.

What we typically take on

A client is selling

Sell-side process and transaction documents, with you retained on tax and personal planning.

A client is raising

Equity or debt, from materials through to completed documents.

Shareholders are changing

Buy-backs, reorganisations, new agreements, leaver terms and MBOs.

A deal has appeared

An unsolicited approach your client needs assessed quickly.

Commercial contracts at scale

Joint ventures, partnerships and negotiations with multinational counterparts.

Corporate housekeeping

Articles, governance and structure work that has drifted out of date.
